¹3X Points Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(i) first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of his/her/their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, between September 29, 2023, and January 12, 2024 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(ii) after registering but prior to January 12, 2024, book a Qualified Stay of at least two (2) consecutive nights at any Wyndham Rewards hotel or Caesars Rewards property on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay by January 15, 2024 (the requirements set forth in this clause (ii), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(b) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(c) a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(d) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

A Registered Member who books and completes a Qualified Stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements will receive 3X the amount of Base Points such Member would have earned for such stay, absent this Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms, up to a maximum of 30,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms, a “Bonus”). For example, a Qualified Stay of two (2) consecutive nights that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 3,000 Base Points would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 9,000 points (3 X 3,000 = 9,000, with 3,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remaining 6,000 points denominated as the Bonus). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, a Registered Member can earn up to a maximum of 30,000 Bonus points. For clarity, a Member will not receive Bonus for a no-show. Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. A Bonus earned from a stay at a Wyndham Rewards hotel will usually be posted within two to four weeks after such stay and a Bonus earned from a stay at a Caesars Rewards hotel will usually be posted within four to six weeks after such stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before September 29, 2023 and/or (c) ends after January 15, 2024, will not be counted towards this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of points.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: A Qualified Stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights that should qualify for a Bonus in accordance with these Offer Terms may be processed differently if the nights, though consecutive, have been booked at different times and/or the stay is associated with more than one reservation confirmation number. If you believe your earnings have been impacted by such circumstances, please call Member Services.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.

To qualify for a discount of 5% or 15% off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) at participating AmericInn^® by Wyndham, Baymont^® by Wyndham, Days Inn^® by Wyndham, Dolce^® by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham^®, Howard Johnson^® by Wyndham, La Quinta^® by Wyndham, Microtel by Wyndham^®, Ramada^® by Wyndham, Super 8^® by Wyndham, Trademark Collection^® by Wyndham, Travelodge^® by Wyndham^®, TRYP by Wyndham^®, Wingate by Wyndham^®, Wyndham Garden^®, Wyndham Hotels^®, and Wyndham Grand^® hotels in the United States and Canada (the “Save up to 15% Rate”), between August 16, 2023 and October 5, 2023 (the “Booking Period”), on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book a Qualified Stay and complete such stay by October 31, 2023.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to August 16, 2023 or completed after October 31, 2023, will not qualify for the Save up to 15% Rate.

Exact discount level (5% or 15% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

•  stays of one (1) night that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 5% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate; and
•  stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 15% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate.

“Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) via the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Up to 15% Off Rate; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Up to 15% Off Rate; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the Save up to 15% Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Save up to 15% Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the Save up to 15% Rate. The Save up to 15% Rate and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount. Further, and for clarity, rates do not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.

Save even more for the same stay as a Wyndham Rewards member by booking the Wyndham Rewards Member Rate at a participating hotel on a Direct Booking Channel during this offer period.
